Hahaha, another Lightning x Hope pic XD Sorry, but this is one of my favourite FF pairings XD
Lightning's outfit is from Dissidia 012: the Guardian Corps Uniform^^ some people in Paddra are dressed like this, that's why I chose Paddra as the background^^
I wanted to make it look like Hope removed Light's cap while she let her guard down, but I have the feeling that it looks more like he is putting it on her head >o<

Funny, I would've expected armor; Lightning looks like Officer Jenny from Pokemon with that outfit. 
....although, now that I look at the concept art, it actually makes sense, though what Lightning wears is probably the colors of the Guardians Corps at Bodhum; only thing missing is the cap.
